Growing up in Zambia, Will built forts and treehouses where friends could gather and create something together. He even made shared rules to protect the experience—to make it a place people wanted to be.
Years later, that same instinct shaped Waer Systems, the business he built with his brother. As it grew across continents, values and human connection helped people stay connected to what mattered and how they worked together. Many stayed for nearly two decades.
When other entrepreneurs asked how to create that in their own businesses, Will saw a recurring challenge: leaders cared about culture but needed a practical way to build it—and keep it strong as they grew.
That insight shaped The Culture Fix® methodology and, ultimately, Cultureful. Today, we help leaders turn that intention into shared values, everyday behaviors, and ways of working their people can carry forward.
Because the desire to belong, contribute, and build something meaningful stays with us long after we leave the treehouse.
